ENENI ODUWOLE

Eneni is a seasoned Risk Management expert. Her career spans over 25 years and she has been responsible for developing and implementing frameworks for enterprise risk management, business continuity management, monitoring environment, social and governance risks, process improvement, change management, and project management. She started her career as a bank examiner with the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, then as a risk practitioner in StanbicIBTC and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc before she joined Dangote Industries Limited where she was the Deputy, Group Chief Risk Officer. She set up and now runs Alter-Ed Limited a Risk & Sustainability advisory and training company as the Chief Executive Officer.

Eneni is a Professional Member of the Institute of Operational Risk (IOR), UK; an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI), UK; a British Computer Society Certified Information Risk Manager and Prosci Certified Change Management Expert. She sits in the EXCO of the Institute of Operational Risk – Nigeria Chapter and is a Senior Associate and EXCO member of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN). She is also a faculty member of the Risk Management Academy of Nigeria, a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Association of Sustainable Professionals of Nigeria, and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, UK. She was recently admitted to The DCRO Institute, USA as a Qualified Risk Director, the first in Africa. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria.
