ENENI ODUWOLE

Chief Executive Officer

Eneni is a seasoned Risk Management expert. Her career spans over 25 years and she has been responsible for developing and implementing frameworks for enterprise risk management, business continuity management, monitoring environment, social and governance risks, process improvement, change management, and project management. She started her career as a bank examiner with the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, then as a risk practitioner in StanbicIBTC and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc before she joined Dangote Industries Limited where she was the Deputy, Group Chief Risk Officer. She set up and now runs Alter-Ed Limited a Risk & Sustainability advisory and training company as the Chief Executive Officer.

ENENI ODUWOLE

Chief Executive Officer
Eneni is a Professional Member of the Institute of Operational Risk (IOR), UK; an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI), UK; a British Computer Society Certified Information Risk Manager and Prosci Certified Change Management Expert. She sits in the EXCO of the Institute of Operational Risk – Nigeria Chapter and is a Senior Associate and EXCO member of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN). She is also a faculty member of the Risk Management Academy of Nigeria, a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Association of Sustainable Professionals of Nigeria, and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, UK. She was recently admitted to The DCRO Institute, USA as a Qualified Risk Director, the first in Africa. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria.

UZO MKPARU

Uzo is a seasoned C-Level executive specializing in strategy, digital transformation, and innovation-led growth. She has over 25 years of experience in financial services, telecommunications, and the public sector in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. She is the founder/CEO of TechScale, a data analytics company, and has held other key roles including Deputy Integration Director of the FCMB-Finbank merger and in blue chip companies such as Oracle and ICL. At FCMB, she was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for leveraging data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence for innovation and competitive advantage. She also led the integration of one of the most successful mergers in Nigeria, repositioning the bank as the 6th largest. She won the prestigious Business Day Deal of the Year award and was a recipient of the FCMB Special Recognition Award.

UZO MKPARU

<p>Uzo is a guest lecturer at Pan-Atlantic University and a sought-after conference speaker on topics such as the Bank of the Future and Artificial Intelligence in Financial Services. She was recently recognized as one of the 100 Leading Women in Nigeria in 2021. Uzo holds an MBA from Cranfield University, UK, and a Master’s degree in Information Systems & Technology from City University, London. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She has numerous certifications in business, digital technologies, and Programme/Project Management. She is an honorary senior member (HCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a member of Boardroom Africa. She is passionate about financial inclusion, innovation-led growth, emerging technologies, and Open Banking.</p>

MOKGADI MAGORO

Mokgadi is a risk professional with an M.Sc. in Risk Management, a BSc in Mathematical Studies, and a Certified Ethics Officer. She has over 20 years of work experience in various risk management roles overseeing insurance risk, market risk, liquidity risk, asset and liability risk, counterparty credit risk, and enterprise-wide risk (including ethics and fraud risks) in NedBank and Absa Group. She is now an independent risk consultant with analytical and problem-solving skills both at an operational and strategic level and has delivered on key strategic projects for various organizations utilizing expertise in financial markets and comprehensive knowledge of risk management principles and practices.

MOKGADI MAGORO

<p>Her competencies include the design and implementation of ERM frameworks (ISO 31000 and COSO), valuation and pricing of financial instruments, and financial risk management including market risk, liquidity risk, funds transfer pricing, asset, and liability/balance sheet risk, and counterparty credit risk. She is also an expert in Basel 3 with a focus on market risk and liquidity risk, regulatory compliance for the financial services sector, King IV principles on Corporate Governance, and management of Ethics and fraud risks.</p>

AYOOLA LAYODE

Ayoola has in the last 15 years demonstrated an exceptional knack for turning businesses around, and also sustainably birthed several business ventures with an unbroken chain of top and bottom-line growth across multi-disciplinary industries. Ayoola is passionate about team building, start-up launch, and business strategy; raising leaders with critical thinking and helping forward-looking organizations align long-term corporate objectives. Showcasing creativity and enterprise for 15 years, he is no stranger to start-up launch and activation, business development, sales and marketing, business strategy and execution, benchmarking and industry analysis, business modelling and planning, corporate development, profitability analysis, market research, competitive analysis, to mention a few. His expertise is further bolstered with various specialist training on entrepreneurship development, leadership, and business strategy. With experience spanning various sectors locally and internationally.

AYOOLA LAYODE

<p id="viewer-v6p901053" dir="auto">He has deep knowledge of several corporate and retail market economics with expertise in creating a vision, identifying opportunities, delivering high-quality products and services, delivering strong revenues and profits, and positioning start-ups and existing businesses for sustainable global growth in competitive markets.</p> <p id="viewer-wclse1055" dir="auto">Ayoola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Financial Management. He is a Mentor at MentorMe4Success as well as a business mentor at MicroMentor. He is the Lead, Corporate Development, and Business Strategy Consulting, at INOD Consulting Limited.</p>
